Kylie Jenner Donned Kim Kardashian's Vintage Versace Gown for St. Tropez Wedding
The reality star revealed a throwback look from her sister's closet while preparing for a friend's nuptials.
Kylie Jenner recently showcased a vintage fashion moment, trying on a yellow silk corset and skirt ensemble previously worn by her sister, Kim Kardashian. Jenner featured the archival Versace outfit in a YouTube video detailing her preparations for a friend's wedding in St. Tropez.
The outfit, from Versace's Spring/Summer 1995 collection, features a bright yellow satin fabric, a structured corset top, and a high slit skirt. Kardashian originally wore the same ensemble in 2018, following a Met Gala appearance.
Fans on X, formerly Twitter, drew comparisons between Jenner's video and Kardashian's past wear. One commenter wrote, "you can’t outdo the doer," while another speculated about whether Kardashian had lent Jenner the garment.
Jenner also considered other options for the wedding, including a vintage Chloé by Stella McCartney floral dress from Spring/Summer 1998 and a printed Roberto Cavalli design. Ultimately, she chose a yellow satin Roberto Cavalli dress with a low neckline and halter strap for the event.
This is not the first time Jenner has turned to vintage Versace for her wardrobe. She recently wore a chainmail dress from the brand's Fall/Winter 1996 collection to the 2026 Critics’ Choice Awards and a similar silver metal mesh design for the 2025 Golden Globes. Additionally, she wore a black cutout dress inspired by a 2004 Roberto Cavalli style to a friend’s wedding in August.
