Will Best has spoken about the demanding schedule he has been managing, juggling the arrival of his first child with his commitments to "Strictly Come Dancing" and "Big Brother."

Best, 41, welcomed his son, Sonny, with partner Tobi Rose while simultaneously competing on "Strictly" with professional dancer Dianne Buswell and hosting "Big Brother."

He shared that his partner encouraged him to take on the "Strictly" opportunity, despite the impending birth. "This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. You've got to do it!" Rose reportedly told him.

"The only thing she said is, 'Promise me that once Strictly is over, we'll have a good amount of time, just the three of us, family time.' So that's what we're both looking forward to," Best explained.

His "Strictly" partner, Dianne Buswell, is also a new parent, having welcomed her first child with partner Joe Sugg earlier this year. Both dancers have found their babies to be a source of strength during the competition.

"Personally for me, it gives me like an extra little boost... I do, I genuinely do think of my little boy and it does make me feel so much better," Buswell said.

Best also finds inspiration in his family, picturing his partner and son before each performance. "I think it just reminds me that like, this competition is, it is supposed to be fun," he said.

The physical demands of "Strictly" training have been noticeable, with Best remarking his belt is now "a hole tighter." He noted the intensity of routines like the jive and quickstep, which leave him sweating, but also highlighted the mental fatigue required.

To compensate for the calories burned, Best admitted to snacking, including "two packs of crisps on the way home from Big Brother and a burger."

Regarding his former co-host AJ Odudu, who has been linked to "I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!," Best expressed his support. "AJ is such an amazing person," he said, praising her ability to find fun in any situation and uplift those around her. "She is the reason I got Big Brother in the first place," he added.

Best and Buswell recently performed a quickstep to Maroon 5's "This Love," earning a score of 29 points. Judges noted Best's showmanship and energy, although one commented on a slight bounciness in his upper body.
