Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Movie Set for Netflix and Hulu Release

The highly anticipated anime film, "Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle," is slated for release on Netflix and Hulu in the U.S. on Monday, September 28, 2026. The movie, officially titled "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle – Part 1: Akaza Returns," serves as a direct sequel to the fourth season of the "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" television series.

This film marks the beginning of a trilogy intended to conclude the anime series. Unlike previous compilation movies, "Infinity Castle" presents entirely new narrative content. It achieved significant success in Japan, becoming the highest-grossing film of 2025 after its July release. Following its Japanese debut, the movie also performed strongly at the U.S. box office in September 2025.

Fans who already subscribed to Crunchyroll have had access to the movie since July 28, 2026. However, the upcoming releases on Netflix and Hulu will provide wider accessibility for subscribers of those platforms.

"Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle" is scheduled to begin streaming on Netflix on September 28, 2026. Hulu will also begin streaming the movie on the same day. For both services, the release is expected at 12 a.m. Pacific Time and 3 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, September 28.
