Burberry Closes London Fashion Week with Star-Studded Spring/Summer 2027 Show

London Fashion Week concluded Monday with the Burberry Spring/Summer 2027 catwalk show, drawing a crowd of notable figures from the entertainment and fashion industries.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and her fiancé Jason Statham were among the early arrivals at the Chelsea College of Art. Huntington-Whiteley, who has a long-standing relationship with the brand, wore a belted leather trench coat paired with strappy heels and a sleek bag. Statham complemented her look in a navy bomber jacket.

Romeo Beckham and his girlfriend Kim Turnbull also attended as a couple, with Beckham opting for an all-black ensemble. Lila Moss, daughter of Kate Moss, showcased a sparkly silver mini dress that highlighted her legs, accessorized with strappy heels and a black bag. Actress Jodie-Turner Smith arrived in an all-leather outfit with long boots.

Other notable attendees included model Iris Law, actress Gemma Chan, athlete Keely Hodgkinson, and actor Stephen Graham with his wife Hannah.

The show marked Burberry's 170th anniversary, with the collection designed by Chief Creative Officer Daniel Lee. London Fashion Week, organized by the British Fashion Council, ran from Thursday, September 17 to Monday, September 21, focusing on the Spring/Summer 2027 collections.

Coinciding with the fashion week, Burberry also opened a new free exhibition at the V&A Museum titled "The Burberry Trench: Crafting an Icon." The exhibition displays a history of the iconic trench coat, featuring examples from various eras, a vintage womenswear catalogue, and a personalized label from designer Hardy Amies's own coat. The V&A describes the display as a history of the trench coat from its origins in practical outerwear and military attire to a globally celebrated fashion icon. The exhibition is scheduled to run until January 3, 2027.

The Burberry show followed the Alexander McQueen show held on Sunday night, which attracted celebrities such as Emma Corrin, Lila Moss, Jade Thirlwall, and Emilia Clarke.

Earlier in the week, Marks & Spencer made its London Fashion Week debut with a show at the Design Museum, celebrating 100 years since the launch of its clothing collection. This event saw attendees including actress Joan Collins, singer Katherine Jenkins, and Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch.

Sports personalities Jamie Redknapp and Ian Wright, model David Gandy, and radio hosts Sian Welby and Jordan North were also present at various London Fashion Week events. Lennon Gallagher, son of Liam Gallagher, showcased Marks & Spencer's menswear collection, with his cousin Anais Gallagher watching from the front row.
