Soccer star Trinity Rodman showed her support for boyfriend Ben Shelton at the US Open on Wednesday, attending his second-round match at Flushing Meadows. Rodman, a forward for the Washington Spirit, was present two days after watching Shelton's opening match at the Grand Slam event in New York.

Rodman wore a black t-shirt with white lettering that read, "I (heart) my boyfriend," on the front. She was observed beaming and applauding during Shelton's match against Hubert Hurkacz on Arthur Ashe Stadium.

The 24-year-old athlete, daughter of NBA legend Dennis Rodman, has been a consistent presence at Shelton's matches for the past 18 months, balancing her own professional soccer career.

Rodman has spoken about the origins of their relationship, stating that she initiated contact by sending Shelton a direct message. She recalled on Kylie Kelce's podcast, "Not Gonna Lie," that she committed to having him stay at her house for a weekend before they had even met in person.

Rodman's own soccer career has seen significant success. She recently signed a contract extension with the Washington Spirit, a three-year deal valued at $1 million annually. This makes her the highest-paid player in the league's history and, according to her agent, the highest-paid female soccer player globally. The Washington Spirit is currently second in the National Women's Soccer League standings.
