Jack Grealish has again been excluded from Everton's matchday squad for their Premier League fixture against Newcastle. This follows his earlier omission from the team's Carabao Cup win against the same opponent last week.

Daily Mail Sport has learned that Grealish, 31, is currently working on his fitness. He was initially unavailable for the cup tie due to a "breach of Club discipline," as the winger reportedly missed a training session without prior authorization.

Manager David Moyes acknowledged the club's decision following the 3-1 victory, stating, "You probably know I’m not going to give any details, it is a club decision and I support that decision. It is something I don’t want to speak too much about." He added that Everton values both on and off the pitch, and the players upheld those standards.

Grealish has featured in seven matches since rejoining Everton on a second season-long loan this summer. He had started four consecutive games before missing Everton's 2-0 loss to Arsenal on October 24, an absence that was attributed to illness. The Manchester City loanee was disciplined after failing to attend training last Monday.
