Taylor Swift Unveils New Single 'Patient Zero' with Familiar Fashion Choice
The Grammy winner announced the upcoming release, showcasing cover art that features a Staud top previously worn during a public outing with Travis Kelce.
Taylor Swift has announced the forthcoming release of her new single, "Patient Zero," set to drop on Friday, September 25.
The Grammy winner shared the news on Instagram, revealing that the single is available for pre-order on her website for a limited 24-hour period. Alongside the announcement, Swift revealed artwork for the single, which includes multiple covers. One of these covers features the singer in a black, lacy Staud top.
This particular top has garnered attention as it is a style Swift has worn previously. She was photographed in the same draped camisole during a date night with Travis Kelce in London in May. For that occasion, she paired the top with a matching Fleur du Mal skirt, a Toteme leather coat, a Rabanne bag, and Celine sandals.
This is not the first time Swift has used her fashion choices to subtly hint at upcoming music. In April, she was seen in New York City wearing a blue-and-white striped Staud midi dress, a yellow Lady Dior bag, Christian Louboutin sandals, and her signature red lipstick. This outfit mirrored the color palette of the animated film franchise "Toy Story," ahead of the release of her song "I Knew It, I Knew You" for "Toy Story 5."
