Leaked footage has provided an exclusive glimpse into the highly private wedding of pop superstar Taylor Swift and NFL player Travis Kelce, held at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The video reveals the venue transformed into an elaborate enchanted garden, featuring towering trees, emerald drapery, and soaring archways.

Guests were seen gathering at the altar before proceeding through hidden doors into a reception described as a 'whimsical Tinker Bell fairytale' theme. Candi Staton's 'Young Hearts Run Free' played as attendees, dressed in formal attire, entered the festivities room. The stadium's usual seating was covered with nude-colored fabric, and a ceiling-height structure resembling a castle dominated the space.

Personal touches included a romantically lit hallway with pink walls and peach drapery, featuring a display of photos of Swift and Kelce throughout their relationship, including their August 2025 backyard proposal, all encased in large gold frames. A prominent 'T and T' logo was also visible.

Good Morning America host George Stephanopoulos, who attended the wedding, described it as "this garden inside The Garden" and "just so beautiful." AMC CEO Adam Aron noted the extensive transformation, stating that "floors, walls, ceilings... was draped in peach and white" and that "large blown-up pictures of Taylor and Travis at each age" were on display.

The exterior of Madison Square Garden was illuminated in pink, with screens displaying "JUST&T MARRIED!" Industry experts estimate the cost of the transformation to be over $15 million, with some sources suggesting between $10 million and $12 million for lighting, sound, catering, flowers, decorations, and labor.

Security for the event reportedly cost taxpayers approximately $1 million due to the presence of numerous NYPD officers and security personnel.

The wedding festivities began with a more intimate gathering of 100 close friends and family on Thursday at the venue's Infosys Theater, followed by the larger ceremony and reception on Friday. The rehearsal dinner reportedly included a humorous, albeit risqué, speech from Lena Dunham. Guests at the rehearsal dinner received custom diamond-encrusted champagne flutes.

Swift and Kelce implemented strict measures to maintain secrecy, including requiring guests to sign non-disclosure agreements with their save-the-dates and surrender their phones upon entry. The couple is reportedly planning to release footage of the wedding at a later date, on Swift's timeline.

Notable guests included Adam Sandler, who officiated the ceremony, and performers such as Stevie Nicks, Paul McCartney, and Tim McGraw. It is also believed Swift herself performed for her husband and guests. Best friends Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, and Sabrina Carpenter were in attendance, along with Karlie Kloss, Hugh Grant, and Barbara Corcoran.

Swift's brother, Austin Swift, served as her "man of honor," while Kelce's brother, Jason Kelce, was his best man. The couple wore custom Christian Dior Haute Couture.
