Christine McGuinness recently shared moments of personal tranquility, posting images of herself in a sauna overlooking the London skyline. The 38-year-old mother of three showcased her physique in a green bikini, describing the experience as a chance for "much-needed stillness" and a moment to "calm her mind."
In her Instagram post, McGuinness wrote about seeking a quieter atmosphere, stating, "A little less noise, a moment to think, feel and just be me, with a gawjus view to calm my mind." She also noted the solitude, adding, "Hot and high above London skyline. Giving myself some much needed stillness. A little quiet, a little warmth and a moment where nobody needs anything from me!"
This personal retreat followed a holiday in Ibiza, where McGuinness spent time with friends, including singer Duncan James. She had previously shared reflections on her co-parenting arrangement with ex-husband Paddy McGuinness, with whom she shares twins Leo and Penelope, and daughter Felicity. Despite their separation, the couple continues to live in separate wings of their Cheshire mansion to support their children, who all have autism.
