Influencer Tammy Hembrow has drawn criticism for attending Melbourne's Derby Day festivities with her boyfriend, Grayson Te Moana, while seemingly neglecting her family's traditional Halloween celebrations.

Hembrow, 32, appeared at the event at Flemington Racecourse on Saturday alongside Te Moana, 23, dressed in a strapless lace gown. Her appearance at the spring racing carnival sparked comments online, with users noting that Hembrow has previously established a tradition of dressing up with her three children for Halloween and taking them trick-or-treating.

"So she ditched her kids' Halloween dress up, family tradition to go to Melbourne," one social media user commented, referencing Hembrow's relationship with Te Moana. Another user pointed out that Hembrow had held Halloween dress-up activities earlier in the week, though they still expressed disappointment that the annual tradition appeared to have been set aside.

Hembrow shares son Wolf, 11, and daughter Saskia, nine, with ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins, and daughter Posy, four, with former fiancé Matt Poole. Her relationship with the nine-year-older Te Moana gained public attention in February.

Last month, Hembrow shared on the Inherited podcast that Te Moana had a brief, "tense encounter" with her ex-partner Reece Hawkins on the Gold Coast. Despite this, Hembrow stated that Te Moana has been well-received by her family and friends.

Prior to her relationship with Te Moana, Hembrow was involved with footy star Bailey Smith and was briefly married to Love Island Australia star Matt Zukowski from November 2024 to June 2025.
