Susanna Reid, co-host of "Good Morning Britain," playfully teased "This Morning" presenter Cat Deeley about her outfit during a live television crossover on Tuesday. As temperatures soared in London, Deeley appeared on screen wearing an off-the-shoulder blue floral dress.
During a segment linking the two ITV shows, Reid remarked to Deeley and co-host Ben Shephard, "It's so hot, Cat's dress is falling off!" Shephard responded with a lighthearted jest, "Yes, it's supposed to be," before Deeley clarified that it was a "one-shoulder number."
The hosts were seen enjoying ice creams, attributing their snack choice to the heat. Deeley added that a one-shoulder design was one way she copes with the hot weather, mentioning that Dr. Zoe would offer further "sweat solutions" later in the show.
This exchange followed a previous segment on "This Morning" where fashion expert Jo Good's suggestive comments during a demonstration of a clear plastic poncho led to laughter from the presenters. Good's remark, "It's wet and warm and I'm in a sheath!" caused Deeley to drop to her knees in amusement, while Shephard appeared flustered.
