Ronan, portraying the renowned rock photographer Linda McCartney, sports a pale pink short-sleeved blouse, a navy floral mini skirt, and low-heeled black shoes, with her long blonde hair styled to mirror McCartney's signature look. A young Stella McCartney, around four years old, was also seen on set, clad in a brown fringed suede jacket and burgundy trousers.
Paul Mescal is set to play Sir Paul McCartney in the film. He was also spotted on set.
Sir Paul and Linda McCartney first met in 1967 at the music club Bag O'Nails during the height of Beatlemania. Linda Eastman, as she was known before marriage, married Paul McCartney in March 1969. The couple remained together for nearly three decades until her death from breast cancer in 1998 at the age of 56. Linda McCartney was not only Paul's wife but also a musical partner, playing keyboards and singing harmonies in Wings after The Beatles disbanded.
Mendes's project is described as an ambitious four-film anthology, with each installment focusing on the perspective of a different Beatles member. The films are slated for simultaneous release in 2028.
Other cast members in the biopic include Harris Dickinson as John Lennon, Joseph Quinn as George Harrison, and Barry Keoghan as Ringo Starr. Lucy Boynton plays Jane Asher, Paul McCartney's former girlfriend. Supporting roles feature Aimee Lou Wood as Pattie Boyd, Anna Sawai as Yoko Ono, James Norton as band manager Brian Epstein, Mia McKenna-Bruce as Maureen Starkey (Starr's first wife), and Harry Lloyd as producer George Martin.
Previously, Boynton was seen filming scenes set in the Virgin Islands, which were recreated on the Costa Brava in Spain, depicting a 1964 Caribbean holiday shared by Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr with their then-girlfriends.
