Barbara Alyn Woods and Paul Johansson, known for their roles as Deb and Dan Scott on the CW drama "One Tree Hill," have reunited for a new podcast project. The show, titled "Not Over The Hill," marks a reunion 14 years after the series aired its final episode in 2012.
Woods, 64, and Johansson, 62, announced the podcast on social media. Woods shared on Instagram, "Turns out, we’re NOT over the hill," teasing that she and Johansson are ready "to say everything they won't."
Johansson was a series regular for all nine seasons of "One Tree Hill," while Woods, an original cast member, departed in seasons seven and eight before returning for the final season. Their characters, Deb and Dan Scott, were known for their tumultuous and often toxic relationship on the show.
Since "One Tree Hill" concluded, both actors have maintained active careers. Johansson has appeared in series such as "Mad Men," "CSI," and "NCIS," and had a lead role in SyFy's "Van Helsing." Woods most recently had a recurring role on the television series "Chucky."
Woods' personal life has also seen recent developments. She is currently in a relationship with Mark Anderson, who is set to star in "The Golden Bachelorette." Woods referred to Anderson as "the love of my life" in a recent interview with People magazine, encouraging other women not to give up on finding love.
Woods' three daughters—Natalie Alyn Lind, Alyvia Alyn Lind, and Emily Alyn Lind—have also pursued acting careers. Alyvia starred in "Chucky" and "Gossip Girl," Emily appeared in the "Gossip Girl" reboot and "We Were Liars," and Natalie is currently in the "Yellowstone" spin-off "Dutton Ranch."
