Olivia Kelly said she is "loving the lifestyle change" after relocating to the Gold Coast to be with Reece Hawkins, the fitness influencer confirmed in an interview with the Herald Sun.

Kelly, 24, went Instagram‑official with Hawkins in August and described the former long‑distance start of their relationship as having helped them build an early emotional and intellectual connection. "Being with someone who supports your goals and encourages you to be the best version of yourself has been amazing," she said, calling Hawkins a "breath of fresh air." "I have never been happier and more content with someone and the direction of my life," she added.

Kelly told the Herald Sun she has found the Gold Coast "filled with like‑minded people," which she said creates "a very motivating and encouraging environment for growth." The move followed months of online speculation: Kelly shared photos online that showed a man with tattoos matching Hawkins’s known ink and a dog that appeared to be his, and Hawkins later posted a series of Bali photos with Kelly in which the pair appeared together.

The couple say they met online. In an Instagram Q&A, Kelly said neither was actively searching for a relationship when they connected. She also recently launched an activewear line with Australian label Rockwear and said she plans to be on the Gold Coast "for the foreseeable future."

Hawkins was previously engaged to fellow fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow; the pair share two children, Wolf and Saskia, and split in 2018. Hawkins later entered a relationship with model London Goheen; they welcomed a son, Stone, in 2021 and separated the following year.

Kelly previously had a relationship with AFL player Jamarra Ugle‑Hagan. The pair moved in together in 2022 and quietly ended their relationship in June 2024.

Kelly’s comments add personal detail to a relationship that became public this year as other high‑profile figures in their social circle, including Hembrow, have attracted their own headlines. Kelly framed the romance in practical terms, emphasizing shared support and alignment of goals rather than spectacle. She described the early long‑distance period as allowing them to "build more of an emotional and intellectual connection quite early on," and said the partnership has strengthened her personally and professionally.

Neither Kelly nor Hawkins has disclosed further plans for their relationship beyond the move and their public posts. Their social media accounts remain the primary channel for updates, where they have shared images from recent trips and everyday life since announcing the relationship in August.
