Olivia Attwood recently showcased her commitment to a wellness-focused lifestyle, sharing details of her fitness routine and recovery methods. The former reality television star posted images of herself during a workout, wearing a sports bra and tracksuit bottoms, indicating a shift away from her previously documented social life. "Training hard," she captioned one of the photos.
Following her workout, Attwood revealed she had undergone cupping therapy, a practice where specialized cups are applied to the skin to create suction. This method is used to increase local blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote cellular repair. Attwood shared an image of her back, which displayed marks from the therapy, humorously noting, "And injuring myself lol."
Later that day, Attwood indulged in what she described as self-care, visiting the Bvlgari Hotel London for chocolate strawberries and champagne, captioning it "Anything for you princess (me to me)." She also enjoyed a shopping spree at Harrods.
Attwood also touched upon her ongoing consideration of cosmetic surgery. She mentioned contemplating another breast augmentation, referencing the longevity of her current implants and her evolving personal circumstances, including a recent split from her ex-partner Bradley Dack. "I think with you all watching Price Perfection it's got me thinking about plastic surgery again," she shared, adding that she was weighing the decision against the possibility of future motherhood. "I was kind of getting to that point where I was like, do I need to redo my boobs? Like, have those implants been in too long now? But then I was like, am I going to have a baby? Then I was like, wait, now it looks like I really might not have a baby, so I might as well do it. I don't want to waste the money if I do have a baby."
Attwood also reflected on her past relationship with Bradley Dack, detailing why their marriage, which was broadcast by ITV, was not legally binding. She explained that she did not sign papers to protect her finances, as the relationship encountered difficulties shortly after the wedding. "My sister said to me, 'If it was a man who was sceptical about their partner’s honesty, and they didn’t legally bind themselves to a person, everyone would be like, "Good for you, because she would’ve taken half your money." I did the same thing and they wanted to burn me at the f****** stake,'" Attwood stated.
She described being in a "grey area" with Dack for years, attributing it to being blinded by love until she learned of his infidelity. Attwood ended their 12-year relationship in January after a woman informed her of his cheating. "There was nowhere left for him to hide. As soon as I knew it had happened to me, I couldn’t stay. The only person I would be cheating is myself," she said.
Attwood's current romantic interest is Pete Wicks, a former TOWIE star, with whom she has recently made her relationship public.
Earlier in the week, Attwood was preparing for a campaign shoot, joking with her team about her attire after eating McDonald's. She alluded to her ongoing work, stating, "This is my year of campaigning. I've been campaigning so hard. I might campaign to be prime minister next."
