Ola Jordan, 44, has reportedly confronted her estranged husband, James Jordan, 48, over allegations of an affair with Russian dancer Polina Mayer, 34. The former Strictly Come Dancing professional's world was reportedly "imploded" after receiving a call from Polina's husband, Jamie Cutler, who claimed his wife was having an affair with James.
According to reports, Jamie Cutler, a professional dancer in Belgium, informed Ola that he was filing for divorce and believed Polina had been unfaithful with James. An insider told The Sun that Ola was “stunned” by the call, stating, “Jamie called Ola out of the blue last week. He said Polina and James were sleeping together and that he believed Polina cheated on him with James.” The source added that Ola confronted James, who reportedly downplayed the claims.
However, sources close to James have stated that his relationship with Polina only began after both he and Ola had separated from their respective partners. A spokesperson told The Sun on Sunday, "I can confirm that James and Polina have grown closer in recent weeks since separating from their respective partners."
James and Ola confirmed the end of their 22-year marriage in August, following a trial separation. The couple, who met in 1999 and married in 2003, share a six-year-old daughter, Ella, born via IVF after a three-year fertility battle. In a joint statement at the time, they described the decision as "incredibly painful and emotional" and emphasized that their priority was co-parenting Ella.
Prior to the confirmation of their split, Ola had alluded to marital difficulties on her Instagram stories, reposting several messages about cheating and infidelity. One shared clip questioned, "why cheat when you can just leave." Another read, "No one will do you dirtier than a man who swears he hates cheaters, judges other men for being unfaithful, and preaches about loyalty, just to turn around and cheat on you himself."
James, who also appeared as a professional on Strictly Come Dancing, had previously spoken about his mental health struggles, stating he needed time to focus on getting himself into a healthier place for himself and their daughter. He is reportedly living in a flat in Kent, having moved out of their shared five-bedroom property.
Polina Mayer, a professional champion dancer and dance teacher, has appeared in numerous dance videos with James, particularly during rehearsals for their tour, "The Legends in Vegas: After Hours," which also features Strictly professionals Brendan Cole, Pasha Kovalev, Vincent Simone, and Ian Waite. Polina often rotates as James's dance partner on the tour.
