Blake Robertson, a participant in the current season of Netflix's reality series "The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On," was arrested in October for an alleged assault involving his girlfriend, Hayley Hendrich. The incident occurred in Nacogdoches, Texas, after filming for the show's fourth season had concluded.
According to reports, Hendrich told TMZ that she chose not to press charges against Robertson. She also indicated a desire for Robertson to publicly acknowledge the incident.
Robertson's attorney, Sean Hightower, stated that the case was "rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged." Page Six reported that efforts to reach Hendrich for comment were unsuccessful.
Robertson and Hendrich are featured in "The Ultimatum" Season 4, where couples face the choice of marriage or separation after forming connections with other participants. On the show, Robertson presented Hendrich with an ultimatum to marry him after two years of dating, but she expressed reservations about his emotional openness.
For the social experiment, Hendrich explored a connection with Killian, while Robertson dated Ashley. Following conflicts within the initial pairings, Hendrich and Robertson ultimately decided to remain together. The final episodes of "The Ultimatum" Season 4 are scheduled to be released on Netflix on July 22.
