Natalie Maguire, a recent addition to the cast of Bravo's "Vanderpump Rules," has signed a record deal with Vitalize Records to release a four-single debut extended play (EP). The independent label was founded by Steff Agathis, the CEO of Maguire's management company.
Maguire expressed excitement about this new phase in her musical journey. "I feel like I've grown so much—not only as an artist, but as a person—and for the first time I really feel like I'm creating from a place of knowing exactly what I want to say and how I want it to feel," she told The Daily Mail. Her debut single, "Passenger," was released earlier this year.
The upcoming EP will feature collaborations with industry figures Harv and Tay James. James will handle A&R for the project, while Harv will co-produce and write. "Working on this EP with Harv and Tay James has been incredibly exciting because I'm being pushed creatively while still making music that feels completely true to me," Maguire stated.
Maguire joined the cast of "Vanderpump Rules" during a significant cast shake-up for its twelfth season. The show has provided her with a platform to share her life and music with a broader audience. "Having people discover and connect with my music through Vanderpump Rules has also been really special," she noted. "The show has given people such an honest look into my life, so being able to share my music alongside that feels very full circle."
Maguire described music as an outlet for expression, allowing her to translate experiences into creative content. "I love that music has become another way for me to take everything I'm experiencing—the good, the messy, the heartbreak, the confidence—and turn it into something creative that other people can connect with," she said. "I'm really proud of what we're making, and I can't wait for people to hear this side of me."
"Vanderpump Rules," a spin-off of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," premiered in 2013. It initially followed the lives of staff at Lisa Vanderpump's Los Angeles restaurants, with its narrative evolving over years to include cast members like Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright, and Ariana Madix. The series underwent a major recasting in 2024, introducing a new ensemble cast that includes Maguire, Venus Binkley, Marcus Johnson, Audrey Lingle, Kim Suarez, and Demy Selem. Lisa Vanderpump acknowledged the transition, stating, "In the restaurant business, one shift always gives way to another. Cheers to the next generation of Vanderpump Rules."
