Street artist Nathan Murdoch has created murals of England footballers Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham on a corrugated metal door in Peterborough, honoring the team's recent World Cup run. The artwork, which took approximately seven hours to complete, faced challenges due to heat and wind affecting the paint.

Murdoch, from Street Arts Hire, described the process as difficult, likening his battle with the uneven surfaces to the team's performance in their match against Mexico. "The door is corrugated; it's uneven surfaces; I battled with this painting, just like England did on Monday," he stated.

The mural of Kane, finished on Sunday, has already garnered significant attention, with a video of the artwork being viewed over 300,000 times on social media. "The response has been great... it's an achievement," Murdoch commented.

Fans have expressed admiration for the mural, noting that it appears "a lot bigger than it does online" and that "his eyes are alive." One fan, Jade, was photographed in front of the Kane mural. Jade, a woman wearing a black sleeveless top, standing in front of the Kane mural.

Murdoch also collaborated with artist Tony Nero on other murals, including one inspired by the Beatles' Abbey Road album cover. Nathan Murdock and Tony Nero in front their mural

The artworks celebrate the national team's efforts, with Murdoch anticipating that Kane will continue to break records for England. The murals serve as a fan-driven tribute to the team's World Cup campaign.
