Melanie Blatt, 51, has shared the results of a non-surgical facelift, a cosmetic procedure she underwent last week. The All Saints singer documented the treatment, known as Endolift, on TikTok, providing videos of the process and her subsequent results. The procedure took place at the Dr. Band clinic in London.
Endolift is a minimally invasive treatment that uses a fine laser fiber inserted beneath the skin to heat and tighten tissue, while also stimulating collagen production. Blatt stated she had wanted the treatment for a long time, influenced by friends who had undergone similar procedures. She emphasized that the treatment is not a surgical facelift but expressed her willingness to try "pretty much anything."
Before the procedure, Blatt admitted to feeling nervous but was reassured by the doctor's expertise. The process began with a local anesthetic, which she described as "a little bit spicy" but manageable, similar to other cosmetic treatments like Morpheus8 or Profhilo. Once the anesthetic took effect, she reported not feeling the laser itself.
The Endolift procedure involves no surgical incisions or stitches. A thin laser fiber is inserted through small entry points, and the resulting heat aims to contract loose tissue, address small fat pockets, and promote collagen production over several months. Blatt described hearing a "snap, crackle, pop" sound during the procedure, which she found satisfying. The entire treatment lasted about an hour.
Immediately after the procedure, Blatt noted she was slightly red, swollen, and bruised, but felt "fine, really." The clinic advises that swelling and tenderness can persist for several days, with potential bruising, temporary numbness, and minor irregularities under the skin as the area heals. Unlike surgical facelifts, Endolift is performed under local anesthesia, and patients can return home the same day.
Several months following the procedure, initial tightening can continue to develop as collagen forms. Blatt later shared an update five days after the treatment, expressing her happiness with the initial results and stating that the experience was "not scary or weird."
Blatt has previously been open about her use of cosmetic treatments, including Botox, fillers, and skin boosters. She rose to fame in the 1990s with the group All Saints, known for hits like "Never Ever," and has one daughter from a previous relationship.
