"What is a gentleman nowadays?" she mused, considering the traditional notions of politeness alongside modern expectations of a well-mannered man who treats others with respect. She added, "And wears a nice suit most of the time."
Jama's acting role as Aisha in "The Gentlemen" has seen the series reach the number one spot on Netflix. Her character is described as a "clever girl who looks after herself and others" and has connections within a royal circle, interacting with Prince Amir and introducing him as a potential business contact.
Earlier in the month, Jama attended the premiere for "The Gentlemen," where she appeared in a custom leather gown. Her personal life was also noted, with reports of her split from boyfriend Ruben in May after 18 months of dating, a decision sources attributed to the relationship having "run its course" amidst busy careers.

Jama and Ruben, a Manchester City player, reportedly ended their relationship in May, with both individuals removing traces of each other from social media shortly after. They had moved in together in Cheshire four months prior to their split.
