Country singer Maren Morris described the wedding vows exchanged by Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce as "beautiful," offering a personal perspective from one of the approximately 1,000 guests in attendance. The ceremony took place on July 3 at New York City's Madison Square Garden.

Morris noted that the exchange of words between Swift and Kelce provided "a closer look into their love for each other and their sense of humor." She added that witnessing the couple "just celebrating their love for each other" was the most memorable aspect of the event, calling it an honor to be present.

Prior to Morris's comments, Robin Roberts, co-host of Good Morning America, also shared insights, describing the wedding as feeling "personal" despite the large venue. Roberts mentioned that the couple's vows were written in small books, contributing to the intimate atmosphere. Another wedding guest also previously said that Swift and Kelce's Madison Square Garden wedding 'really was intimate,' noting that 'their vows were written in little books'

The wedding, estimated to have cost $50 million, featured a star-studded guest list comprising figures from the music, film, and sports industries. Among the attendees were Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt, Sacha Baron Cohen, Hugh Grant, Reese Witherspoon, Ethan Hawke, Ed Sheeran, Cindy Crawford, Suki Waterhouse, Emma Stone, Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Dua Lipa, Jessica Alba, Chris Rock, Bradley Cooper, Dakota Johnson, and Gigi Hadid. Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks and Sir Paul McCartney performed during the reception.

Movie star Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony. Swift's brother, Austin Swift, served as her 'man of honor,' while Kelce's brother, Jason Kelce, was his best man. Immediately after the couple exchanged vows, large screens outside Madison Square Garden displayed the announcement, "JusT&T Married!" The Empire State Building was also illuminated in sapphire to mark the occasion. The couple had movie star Adam Sandler officiate their nuptials. Within seconds of the couple saying 'I do,' the massive screens outside of Madison Square Garden lit up with the announcement: 'JusT&T Married!'

Christian Dior outfits, designed by Jonathan Anderson, were worn by both the bride and groom. Guests described the couple's first embrace as a "sweep-you-off-your-feet kiss." The event's scale and attendee list led one guest to liken it to a convergence of the Oscars, Grammys, and Emmys. Morris had previously shared that she received her wedding invitation via a text message perceived as spam.
