Olivia Frazer, who gained prominence on season nine of Married At First Sight Australia, has marked her marriage to British partner Greg Rutherford with a celebration in the UK. The couple, who had previously exchanged vows in a private ceremony in Australia, held a larger gathering for friends and family in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Frazer, 32, relocated to the UK four years ago, having previously expressed that her experience on the reality show had negatively impacted her life and career. She met Rutherford, a personal trainer and former footballer, in late 2023. Their relationship progressed quickly, with Frazer describing Rutherford as the "love of my life" shortly after they began dating. The couple reportedly met through the dating app Hinge.
In a private ceremony earlier this year, Frazer and Rutherford were legally married in an intimate setting at Frazer's mother's home in Australia. "Before our engagement party we decided to smash out the legal stuff and get married super low key in my mum's living room," Frazer explained at the time, adding that "Aussie celebrations may be done so now bring on the big English celebrations in July."
Following their legal union, Frazer changed her surname on Instagram to Olivia Rutherford. The couple has shared photos from their UK celebration, with Frazer posting a lyric from Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" in a nod to the date of their wedding.
Frazer's time on Married At First Sight Australia was marked by controversy. Her pairing with Jackson Lonie concluded with their split in August 2022. After a brief relationship with filmmaker William Mitchell, she moved to Scotland for another relationship that ended after her partner became distant following her relocation. Frazer has stated that her role on the show led to the end of her aspirations to become a teacher, a career she was pursuing before her television appearance.
