The Royal Palms Estate, a nearly 13-acre property on Hawaii’s Hamakua Coast, is on the market for $3.25 million after serving as the Casa Amor villa during Season 3 of "Love Island USA" in 2021.

The property, which offers four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across just over 3,700 square feet, is listed by Paul Stukin, founder and CEO of Deep Blue Hawaii.

Stukin described the estate as "one of the most special properties on this part of the island," highlighting its infinity-edge pool and sweeping ocean views. "The pool alone is one of the best I’ve seen, and paired with those ocean views, it’s hard to beat anywhere on the Hamakua Coast," he said.

Beyond its role in reality television, the estate operates as a working farm. The grounds produce more than 25,000 pounds of lychee annually, along with avocados and other tropical fruits. An old donkey barn on the property dates back to the region's sugarcane plantation era, adding historical character to the estate.

Season 3 of "Love Island USA" was filmed on the Big Island of Hawaii, marking the only time the series filmed in the state. The franchise previously filmed in locations like California before settling in Fiji. The season, hosted by Arielle Vandenberg, ran for 40 days and featured 34 contestants. The winning couple, Korey Gandy and Olivia Kaiser, took home a $100,000 prize.

Casa Amor is a segment in the "Love Island" series designed to test the loyalty of established couples by introducing new contestants. The sellers of the Royal Palms Estate have owned the property for years and are now ready to pass it on to new owners.
