Singer Louise Redknapp has reportedly ended her relationship with boyfriend Drew Michael after two years together. The pair, who began dating in October 2023, decided to part ways amicably.
A source close to the couple told The Sun that while things had been good, the relationship "had run its course and they both thought it was best to move on." Michael is believed to have relocated abroad for work, facilitating a clean break.
Despite the separation, sources indicate Redknapp is remaining upbeat, focusing on her social life and busy work schedule. Her representatives have been contacted for comment.
Redknapp, 51, had previously spoken positively about her relationship with the 42-year-old businessman. In an interview last year, she described him as "great" and "super-kind," and shared that her two sons, Charlie and William, with ex-husband Jamie Redknapp, got along well with Michael. She had also dismissed criticism regarding their nine-year age gap, stating that "age is irrelevant."
The singer's past experiences, including her divorce from Jamie Redknapp in 2017 after 19 years of marriage, have informed her approach to relationships. She has previously spoken about the public scrutiny and criticism she faced following her split from the former footballer, describing herself as the "villain" during that period.
Redknapp is currently preparing to release a new album titled "Confessions." She has expressed a desire to create "progressive music" and is exploring new sounds, including the inclusion of "sex noises" in her new single "Get Into It," a move that has sparked discussion but aligns with her aim to push beyond her comfort zone.
