Larsa Pippen, star of "The Real Housewives of Miami," is facing online backlash for a recent Instagram photo that many of her followers claimed was heavily filtered and made her unrecognizable.

Pippen, 52, posted a picture on Thursday showing herself in a form-fitting mini dress and high heels, posing with a sunset view in the background. The photo, captioned with a blue heart emoji, quickly garnered comments from users who questioned her altered appearance.

"Has anyone seen Larsa? Who is this?" one widely liked comment read. Other users made remarks such as "LarsAI Pippen" and "Girl which face are we on now?" Another comment noted the disparity between her social media image and her on-screen appearance, stating, "Why does she look so good here but nothing like this on the show."

Pippen has not publicly addressed the criticism regarding the filtered photo. However, over the weekend, she shared videos on her Instagram Stories featuring herself in a bikini and workout attire.

This is not the first time Pippen's appearance has drawn public attention. In August 2025, she addressed speculation about facial fillers after a viral photo appeared to show her face as swollen. At the time, Pippen explained in an Instagram Story video that the swelling was due to an allergic reaction to a Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment. She stated that she had undergone the PRP treatment shortly before filming a reunion for "The Real Housewives of Miami" and experienced an unexpected allergic reaction, which caused her face to become temporarily swollen.
