Kerry Katona and her boyfriend Paolo Margaglione recently enjoyed a romantic beach getaway, sharing public displays of affection captured in photos posted to Instagram. Katona, 45, and Margaglione, 33, met while filming the E4 series "Celebs Go Dating" last year.
Margaglione posted photos of the couple embracing, with one caption reading, 'Mi Amore ♥️ Sun, sea & a 10/10. What more could one want.' Katona was seen in a yellow bikini in the images. In May, Katona had "Ti Amo," the Italian phrase for 'I love you,' tattooed on her arm to commemorate their one-year anniversary.
Katona also spoke about recent miscarriages during an interview on the "We Need To Talk" podcast with Paul C. Brunson, accompanied by Margaglione. The couple made their relationship public in June 2025 and moved in together two months later.
Margaglione recalled discovering Katona was pregnant during the filming of "Celebs Go Dating," around April 2025. Katona shared that after an initial negative pregnancy test, she confirmed her pregnancy, stating, "Seven years I never fell pregnant." She also described the emotional impact of considering an abortion and subsequent miscarriages, one at four weeks.
Katona has previously discussed a miscarriage in 2022, which occurred around 2015 following the death of her ex-husband George Kay. She wrote in her memoir, "Kerry Katona: Whole Again," about falling pregnant from a brief relationship and later undergoing an operation to remove the fetus.
Katona has five children from previous relationships: Molly, 23, and Lilly-Sue, 22, with Brian McFadden; Heidi, 19, and Max, 17, with Mark Croft; and Dylan-Jorge, 12, with George Kay. Margaglione has two daughters, Milani and Nola, from a previous relationship.
