Katie Price has publicly described her marriage to Lee Andrews as "f***ed up" while simultaneously asserting that he is her "perfect match" and the "best husband in the world." The couple reunited in Dubai on Tuesday, following Andrews' recent release from prison.
Price, 48, married the businessman, 43, earlier this year. On Thursday, she shared a photo on Instagram of them holding hands, with her engagement ring prominently displayed, signaling a strong connection despite recent difficulties. She captioned the image, "Forever @wesleeeandrews best husband in the world completes me in every f***ed up way. [devil emoji] Met my perfect match! And nothing will defy us!"
The reunion took place after Price traveled to Dubai to meet Andrews. While there were expectations of a potentially tense conversation regarding unanswered questions following his prison stay, recent social media posts suggest a more relaxed atmosphere, with the couple seen dancing in a car.
Andrews recently completed a prison sentence in Al-Awir prison, where he was held due to fraud allegations. He has maintained that he was detained at gunpoint and suspected of espionage. This legal entanglement is compounded by a new report indicating that Andrews is also involved in a high-stakes property dispute in Dubai.
According to court documents reported by The Sun, Andrews is the primary defendant in a case brought by claimant Alexander Keya. An accounting expert has been appointed to conduct a financial examination related to the dispute, with court proceedings ongoing since July of last year. The precise allegations remain subject to the ongoing legal process, and no final judgment has been issued.
Further compounding his financial difficulties, sources suggest Andrews faces a potential return to prison if he fails to settle outstanding debts within two weeks. Documents reveal these debts include £54,000 for a rental car and £15,000 owed to a United Arab Emirates legal firm. A representative for Andrews stated that he was unable to access his bank account to make the payments, citing his wife's absence from the country and requesting a 14-day period to settle the amounts.
Price had previously expressed that Andrews had "questions to answer" about his finances upon his release from prison, but appears to have since reconciled with him. Andrews has consistently denied fraud allegations, claiming his imprisonment was due to espionage suspicions and a civil case in Dubai. He has also refuted claims that he took out a mortgage in his ex-fiancée Dina Taji's name without her knowledge, an action which previously resulted in a travel ban from Dubai for him. Taji reportedly met with Price to warn her about her husband.
