Kate Moss is the focal point of Gucci's latest advertising campaign, a four-and-a-half-minute film titled "And We Shall Dance Again." In the video, the 52-year-old model lip-syncs to a sultry version of Chris Isaak's 1990 hit "Wicked Game." The song was famously featured in David Lynch's film "Wild at Heart."

Moss wears a backless, sequinned dress from Gucci's new "Primavera" collection, the same one she wore to close the brand's show in Milan in February. While the distinctive thong of the dress was visible on the catwalk, it is hidden in the campaign film, as Moss is primarily shown from the front. The styling, including her makeup and tousled hair, appears to mirror her Milan show look.

The film depicts a group of "beautiful strangers" dancing together as Moss performs. Also featured is Bobby Brazier, 23, son of television presenter Jeff Brazier and the late Jade Goody. Brazier appears briefly in a close-up, wearing a black turtleneck he modeled during the Milan show.

Although Moss is miming in the video, she has sung in public before. She has performed a duet with Bobby Gillespie of Primal Scream and provided vocals on songs by her former boyfriend Pete Doherty. The campaign has generated mixed reactions online, with some viewers commenting on the contrast between Isaak's baritone and Moss's lip-syncing, and others drawing comparisons to a 2000s Narcotics Anonymous meeting in New York.

It remains to be seen if the "Primavera" collection will impact Gucci's sales, which have reportedly been shrinking. The price of the sequinned dress is also not yet available on Gucci's website, though similar gowns are noted to be in the four-figure range.
