Kate Lawler has revealed that she and her husband, Martin 'Boj' Bojtos, underwent couples therapy twice during a month-long family holiday, citing the significant toll parenting has taken on their relationship.

Lawler, who married Bojtos in June 2022, shared her experiences in an Instagram post on Thursday. She explained that while they have faced challenges since their daughter Noa's birth in February 2021, the therapy sessions have been instrumental in helping them protect their marriage.

"I know it's not the same for everyone but becoming parents has been the hardest thing we've ever navigated as a couple," Lawler wrote in the caption accompanying a video of her and her husband on a beach. "During the month we were on holiday, we had couples therapy twice. Over the past five years, speaking with Diana regularly has helped us more than words can describe."

She shared a quote that resonated with her: "If you can get through the stage of marriage where it's all about the kids and working, you can get through anything." Lawler added her own key takeaway from the therapy: "Always remember to protect your relationship as fiercely as you do your family, because one day the chaos will settle, and it'll be the two of you again."

Fans responded positively to Lawler's openness, with one commenter noting the importance of discussing the challenges of parenthood and protecting a relationship. Another echoed her sentiment, stating, "I love this, so true."

Lawler and Bojtos met at the Kerrang! Awards in 2013, and he proposed in April 2018. They welcomed their daughter, Noa, in February 2021 and married later that year in June 2022.
