Kaia Gerber, daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, has spoken about her personal practices, including charging crystals by moonlight and her interest in breathing exercises. Gerber, 24, also revealed that she writes fan fiction that does not feature human characters.

Gerber shared in an interview that she is "very into crystals" and keeps a large collection in her bedroom. She explained that she charges them by moonlight, particularly during a full moon, describing the practice as something she does "like a weirdo."

She also detailed her use of the 4-7-8 breathing technique, which involves inhaling for four counts, holding for seven, and exhaling for eight. Gerber stated that this method "really calms me down."

In addition to her spiritual and wellness practices, Gerber enjoys writing fan fiction as a hobby. She mentioned on Jake Shane's Therapuss podcast that she writes stories she doesn't publish, and when asked about the subjects of her fan fiction, she confirmed, "It's not a human."

Gerber recently discussed her beliefs about spiritual encounters on The Mitch Churi Chat Show. She recounted a childhood experience where she claimed to have been possessed and that her mother, Cindy Crawford, had an exorcism performed on her. According to Gerber, the exorcism involved the use of a didgeridoo, an ancient Australian wind instrument not typically associated with exorcism rites.

"I attract beings from other dimensions in a very casual and chill way," Gerber said, adding that she believes she has been "haunted [her] whole life."

She also mentioned that her mother gave her "holy water" to take with her while filming "American Horror Story: Double Feature," expressing concern that Gerber might become possessed. Gerber stated that she is now "all healed."

Gerber was raised in an interfaith household, with her father being Jewish and her mother Christian. She has described their family traditions as celebrating "Chrismukkah" and participating in Jewish holidays like Passover and Yom Kippur, as well as learning related cooking traditions.
