Julia and Lorenzo have been crowned the winners of Love Island series 13, host Maya Jama announced during the live finale. The winning couple secured the highest percentage of the public vote, earning them the £50,000 cash prize.

Jasmin and Kavan finished in second place, while Simba and Angelista were placed third. The final also saw a surprise dumping earlier in the episode, with Yasmin and Tommy narrowly missing out on a spot in the final three.

This last-minute elimination was a first for the ITV2 show, marking the first time a couple was ejected during the final itself. Yasmin and Tommy's departure came after former contestants voted for them to leave, with questions raised about Tommy's motivations for joining the show, including a past relationship.

Speaking after their exit, Tommy stated he had found his partner on the show and was happy to leave with her, despite the surprise nature of the dumping. Yasmin described the experience as the best of her life, acknowledging the surprise of their exit but feeling ready to move on to the outside world.

Mica and Samraj were also eliminated prior to the final, having been voted out by ex-Islanders who felt they did not deserve a place. Reflecting on their departure, Mica expressed contentment with her relationship with Samraj, while Samraj indicated his happiness to leave at that point, despite some justifications for eliminations not sitting right with him.
