Season 3 of the anime television series "Jujutsu Kaisen," also known as "JJK," is set to premiere on Netflix on July 23 at 3 a.m. ET, or midnight PT. The new season will cover the Culling Game arc, which spans chapters 128 through 221 of the original manga.

The series follows high school student Yuji Itadori, who becomes the vessel for Ryomen Sukuna, an ancient sorcerer, after consuming one of his fingers. To prevent Sukuna's full resurrection and protect the world, Itadori joins forces with Jujutsu Sorcerers, individuals trained to combat Curses, which are manifestations of negative human emotions. His quest involves finding and consuming the remaining fingers of Sukuna to eliminate the "King of Curses."

Season 3 will consist of 12 episodes. This is half the number of episodes featured in previous seasons, as animation studio MAPPA has opted to divide the Culling Game arc across two seasons. Season 4 is expected to adapt the second part of the arc.

All previous seasons of "Jujutsu Kaisen" are also available for streaming on Crunchyroll. The series was initially licensed by Crunchyroll for a global release, with the English dub premiering in 2020.
