Jessie James Decker, 38, has announced her decision to undergo surgery to remove her large breast implants. The country singer shared the news via an Instagram post on Friday, stating she has scheduled an appointment to have her D-cup implants taken out and replaced with smaller ones.

Decker explained her decision stems from a desire to align her physical appearance with her current personal journey. "This strong girl Era has really helped me feel more connected to my body and what feels right for me," she wrote in her caption. She added that she feels her current implants no longer fit her identity. "I just don't feel like these big implants fit who I am anymore."

While she considered removing the implants altogether, Decker decided smaller implants would be a better fit for her at this time. "I know myself, and realistically I'm not sure I'm totally ready for that yet. I've had such large ones for so long I don't know what I have underneath it all," she stated. She described her desired outcome as "juicy ballerina boobies."

The singer, who has four children with retired NFL player Eric Decker, said that giving birth to her youngest child in 2024 also contributed to a "less is more" outlook. She also cited her proximity to turning 40 as a catalyst for wanting to feel more like her authentic self. Decker also expressed a desire for less personal maintenance and an embrace of her "natural girl era."

Decker's decision comes after she recently shared the results of her fitness journey, including before-and-after photos showcasing her weight loss after having four children in 10 years. She is mother to Vivianne, 12, Eric Jr., 10, Forrest, eight, and Denver, two. She also noted that having a daughter has influenced her perspective on beauty standards and the pressure to maintain a certain appearance.
