Jessica Simpson, 45, recently unveiled a new lingerie collection in a series of photos, modeling pieces from her latest line at Walmart. This launch follows her public sharing of emotional difficulties stemming from her separation from husband Eric Johnson.

Simpson, a mother of three, appeared confident in the promotional images, which featured a floral bra and cardigan. She also discussed the challenges she has faced since her marriage ended.

"As I go through my life and my heart gets broken inside of my safe places, I have learned to cling to these words that have become somewhat of a daily affirmation 'Home is a feeling, not a place,'" Simpson wrote in a social media post. She noted that she sings these words in her song "Fade," from her album "Nashville Canyon Part 2."

She revealed that "Fade" was written on the day her life's trajectory changed in October 2023. Simpson officially announced her separation from Johnson on January 13, 2025, though reports and her own statements indicated they had been living apart since 2023. The couple, married for nearly a decade, share three children: Maxwell, 14, Ace, 12, and Birdie, 7.

Simpson stated that performing on stage has been a primary way for her to process her emotions. "After all that I have chosen to pull myself through with as much strength, courage, confidence and compassion possible, I am able to free myself from the pain of disappointment every single time I am blessed to be able to take the stage," she explained. She expressed gratitude for the sense of "home" she finds while performing.

"Over the last 15 years of not performing, I haven’t been able to fully express myself in ways that make the most sense for my life," Simpson added. "Each and every single one of you that bless my heart by comin’ to MY HOME on the stage have become a major part of my journey through the pain and the joy.

Y’all have resurrected my purpose and have accepted me as I am!" she shared. Simpson emphasized the significance of being seen and experienced authentically, stating, "I’m so lucky to vulnerably sing and chat with all of you that come to these shows!"

The singer also connected her new Walmart collection to her concerts, noting, "Our new collection at @walmart is summer concert ready! I love seeing y’all in your @jessicasimpsonstyle at my shows! Come say hi at a M&G or tag us! PA, NY, and OH - I’ll see y’all this week!" This announcement comes as reports suggest Simpson is working on an unspecified "new project" to be revealed soon.
