Jennifer Lopez, 57, was recently photographed during a workout session in Santa Monica, showcasing her physical fitness.
The outing comes as sources close to the star report concerns that her extensive workload could lead to burnout. Lopez has reportedly secured a $20 million deal with Dolce & Gabbana, is planning an international tour for the upcoming year, and is involved in promoting two films: "The JLo Show," a film about her Las Vegas residency, and the crime thriller "The Last Mrs. Parrish."
Insiders suggest that Lopez is working intensely to remain active, viewing her work as a coping mechanism during a challenging personal period, which includes her divorce from Ben Affleck and her twins preparing for college.
These concerns echo a period in 2002 when Lopez experienced a breakdown attributed to overwork and lack of sleep, while filming "Enough." At the time, she described freezing up and being unable to move or speak on set.
"She just works, works, works! She likes to be a workaholic, she is incredibly driven, a typical Type-A Leo who wants to never be out of the spotlight," a source told the Daily Mail. "For her, working is better than staying at home eating takeout from Nobu alone in front of the TV. She would rather wake up at 5am and put in a 14-hour day and never complain. But one day she may wake up completely exhausted."
Lopez has reportedly taken a hiatus from romantic relationships following her split from Ben Affleck. Her current intensive schedule is seen by some as a way to navigate personal changes and emotional challenges, with her career continuing to thrive.
