The "Jackass" franchise concluded its run with a premiere event for "Jackass: Best and Last" held at the Paramount Theater on the studio's Hollywood lot. The event was described as a black-tie optional affair, with attendees opting for a mix of formal wear and casual attire.

Johnny Knoxville, director Jeff Tremaine, and producer Spike Jonze addressed the crowd before the screening. Jonze noted that the event marked the end of "26 years that we’ve all done this together." The film itself was received by the audience with a range of reactions, including groaning, gagging, eye-covering, wincing, and laughter.

Following the screening, an afterparty offered a "Jackass"-themed experience. The catering included novelty items such as penis-shaped pasta, large chocolate-covered bananas, and a butt-shaped ice luge. Espresso martinis were reportedly served through the ice luge.

Cast members, including Knoxville, Steve-O, Ehren "Danger" McGhehey, Jason "Wee Man" Acuña, and Chris Pontius, were present at the party. McGhehey was accompanied by his dog, Bugsy, who was dressed in a tuxedo.

A drone show highlighted the afterparty, displaying iconic imagery from the "Jackass" series. The aerial display featured elements such as a port-a-potty, the word "FART," a large shopping cart, and an image of Knoxville on a rocket. Tremaine, the director, reportedly expressed a desire for more explicit imagery in the drone show.
