Jack Tweed allegedly left his then partner Jade Goody "heartbroken" after propositioning other women for sex during a skiing trip to the French Alps in March 2007, according to contemporaneous reports and a summary published by the Daily Mail on Sept. 7, 2025.

The episode, first reported in The People newspaper at the time, described Tweed — then 22 and working as a football agent — on a "lads' holiday" in Val Thorens with friends including Mark Wright. The account said he prowled bars seeking women, offered money for sex and urged two women to perform for him and a friend. The report quoted a witness who said Tweed offered "50 euros" (about £35 at the time) and demanded the women drink quickly before returning to his hotel. A friend of Goody told reporters the behaviour was "a horrible way to treat Jade" and said she had adored him.

According to the reports, Tweed made crude suggestions and described sex acts in graphic terms while trying to persuade the women to join him and a friend. When the women refused, the account said he shouted that they were "boring" and continued to press them. Tweed later acknowledged his behaviour in a statement to newspapers at the time, saying, "I can't believe I've been such an idiot. I've been so stupid. I know I've let Jade down with my drunken antics and I deeply regret it. I only hope she can forgive me."

The alleged incident occurred a year before Goody was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Friends and contemporaneous reporting said Goody, who had attracted global attention earlier in 2007 after controversial remarks made while appearing on Celebrity Big Brother, was at home in Ongar, Essex, with her sons Bobby and Freddy when news of the Alps incident reached her. One report said Goody had earlier been shown a photograph of Tweed in bed with a naked woman; she told a newspaper then, "I was furious, but when he told me nothing happened I had to believe him. People might say I'm stupid for doing that, but I chose to stand by him and I'm not ashamed about it."

Despite accounts of his womanising, Tweed remained with Goody throughout her illness, and the couple married in a small ceremony at Down Hall country house near Hatfield Heath, Essex, a week before she died on Feb. 22, 2009. The marriage drew attention at the time as an emotional conclusion to a relationship that had weathered public controversy and private strain.

The account of the 2007 holiday resurfaced in media coverage on Sept. 7, 2025. The reporting noted that Tweed continued to have a relationship with Goody's younger son, Freddy, who was reported to be 20 in the recent article. The episode is part of a wider public record of Goody's life, career and final years, which combined tabloid fame, personal controversy and a widely publicised battle with cancer.

Contemporaneous newspaper coverage remains the primary source for the detailed allegations about the Val Thorens trip. Tweed's public apology at the time was also widely reported. Both the earlier articles and later summaries emphasise that, regardless of the reported incidents, Tweed stood by Goody during her illness and remained present in her final days.
