Jack Grealish and his long-term partner Sasha Attwood marked the footballer’s 30th birthday with a Creamfields-inspired party on Saturday that briefly included their daughter, Mila Rose, who was photographed with her parents as the celebrations began.
The couple posed for rare family snaps as Grealish held his 11-month-old daughter while Attwood stood beside them. Attwood later shared a selection of images from the evening with the caption, "Oh what a night." Attwood’s sister, Rebecca, also posted a video of the two women dancing at the event.
The party, which organisers dubbed "Grealfest," was staged inside a large tent decorated with dozens of disco balls, festoon lights and large silver sculptures. An illuminated sign spelling out "Grealfest" stood outside the venue. Guests were issued entrance passes to wear around their necks as part of the festival theme, organisers said.
Attwood wore a Rat & Boa mini dress with tie detailing and black biker boots for the occasion. Grealish opted for a festival-appropriate double-denim look, pairing an open denim shirt with a white T-shirt and shorts.
The former Manchester City midfielder has also been pursuing a side interest as a DJ under the name "DJ Grealo." He has said he has taken eight to ten lessons, each roughly an hour or two long, and has offered his services for hire. Grealish has previously performed in virtual events tied to Manchester City’s partnerships, where he appeared alongside Dutch DJ Oliver Heldens.
Grealish, who signed for Manchester City from Aston Villa in 2021 for a then-British record fee, is currently on a season-long loan at Everton. He has spoken candidly about a challenging year that included limited playing time at his parent club and called the birth of his daughter "the most special moment" of his life.
The footballer’s off-field social life has drawn attention in recent years. He spent much of the summer in Ibiza, where he was seen at parties and reported mingling with high-profile figures in the music industry. Past incidents that received media coverage include footage of him heavily intoxicated on a night out and other episodes that generated headlines during his earlier career.
Friends and family contributed to the birthday atmosphere. Attwood’s sister posted clips of the evening showing attendees dancing, and organisers included theatrical touches such as a statue of a silver-clad figure among the decorations. The event was presented as a private, themed celebration and photos shared by the family captured only the early part of the night when the couple and their daughter were present.
Grealish and Attwood welcomed Mila nearly a year ago. In interviews since, Grealish has described the past 12 months as among the most difficult of his life for a variety of reasons on and off the pitch, while expressing hope for a fresh start in the new season.
