Jack Antonoff and Margaret Qualley have separated after less than three years of marriage, a source told People on Wednesday. The source described their relationship as "rocky" and noted that they are "trying to figure things out."

Speculation about a potential split began in July when Qualley deleted photos of her wedding to Antonoff from her Instagram account. The actress was also absent from the wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce in July, which Antonoff attended with his sister.

Qualley was photographed in July with her "King Snake" co-star Drew Starkey, attending a basketball game and swimming. Around the same time, fans noticed that Qualley had changed her Instagram username from handles referencing Antonoff's band Bleachers to a new, personal account. Additionally, the Bleachers song "Margaret," which is reportedly inspired by the actress, was removed from the band's setlist for their "Bleachers Forever" tour after a June 13 show.

Antonoff, 42, and Qualley, 31, married in August 2023 in New Jersey. They were first romantically linked in August 2021 after being photographed together in New York City. The couple made their first public appearance together in March 2022 at the Critics' Choice Awards, and their engagement was confirmed two months later when Qualley was seen wearing a ring at the Cannes Film Festival.
