Hudson Stone, the 14-year-old son of celebrity chef Curtis Stone and actress Lindsay Price, is making his acting debut in the upcoming Disney sequel "Camp Rock 3." The aspiring actor and singer will portray the character Desi, the brother of Sage, who is played by Liamani Segura.
Stone is featured prominently in the film's trailer, showcasing energetic musical numbers and a competitive atmosphere among the campers. His appearance in the trailer highlights his confidence and charisma, with descriptions noting his resemblance to both his father's charm and his mother's acting talent.
This role marks Stone's most significant acting opportunity to date and could signal the beginning of his independent career in Hollywood.
In addition to his acting role, Stone has signed an exclusive record deal with Disney's Hollywood Records. He announced the news in April, with his mother sharing footage of the contract signing at Disney headquarters. Stone expressed his excitement about the deal, stating that playing guitar and writing songs has been a long-held dream, and he looks forward to connecting with people through his music.
Under the new record deal, Stone is set to release his debut solo music and will join the Worlds Collide Concert Tour alongside other Disney stars. He shared his gratitude on Instagram, thanking his parents for their support, his team, and Hollywood Records for their belief in him.
His mother, Lindsay Price, expressed immense pride in her son's accomplishments, calling him a "brilliant human and artist." His father, Curtis Stone, also shared his pride shortly after the film casting news broke last year.
