Heidi Klum, 53, recently shared a provocative social media post from her driveway, posing topless in lace lingerie. The image, posted after a recent getaway, showed the supermodel wearing a sheer pink kaftan and revealing lace bottoms, leaving little to the imagination.
Klum, who recently returned from a trip to St. Barts with her husband Tom Kaulitz, has spoken about embracing a fuller figure, particularly after menopause. She stated that her husband encouraged her to eat more, believing she would look better with more "meat on her bones." This perspective contrasts with the traditional industry pressure for models to remain extremely thin. Klum noted that her husband's advice was "not something you're told in the industry, ever, because you're always supposed to be skinnier than you are."
The supermodel also expressed no interest in weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic. She shared that she has gained weight over the years and is no longer a size 24 in jeans. Klum recalled past experiences where photographers made her cry and told her she was "too fat," highlighting the harsh criticisms she faced early in her career. She defied expectations when she covered Sports Illustrated in 1998, breaking away from being typecast as a "catalog model."
In a rare comment about her ex-husband Seal, 63, Klum defended him against public criticism regarding his skin. Seal has lupus, and Klum stated, "He has lupus, and quite frankly, I think he looks beautiful." She emphasized the importance of self-acceptance, saying, "You can't please everyone, and not everyone is going to like what you do, but you have to look in the mirror and be happy with who you are."
Klum shares four children: sons Henry, 20, Johan, 19, and daughter Lou, 16, with Seal. She also has a daughter, Leni, from a previous relationship. Klum and Seal were married from 2005 to 2014.
In a related venture, Klum has collaborated with the snack company Funny-Frisch for a limited-edition line of crisps, featuring her image on the packaging. The "Chipsfrisch Roast Chicken Style by Heidi Klum" is scheduled for release in German stores in August, aligning with what the company describes as "the spirit of the times" and a joining of "two strong pop culture brands."
