Gary Barlow has shared that he is experiencing a sense of struggle in the wake of The Circus tour's conclusion earlier this month. The 55-year-old singer described the feeling as having "completely fallen off a cliff" since the final show.

In an Instagram post, Barlow explained that he had been trying to record a video message for fans for several weeks, finding it difficult to articulate his feelings. He noted that coming off tour often results in an anticlimax, but this particular tour felt different.

"I don't know whether it was just because it just felt so celebratory doing the circus again and it seems to have gone down so well that it just feels like I've completely fallen off a cliff since the end of the show," Barlow stated. He urged fans to check in on each other, acknowledging the common experience of "post-tour blues."

Barlow reflected on the tour, which he described as "absolutely joyous" and mentioned that it was well-received by audiences. He also highlighted a successful year, including a Netflix project and the release of new music leading up to the tour. He expressed gratitude to everyone who attended and hinted at future installments, suggesting that new music and shows are not far off.

This sentiment follows Barlow's earlier admission that he "physically can't" replicate the energetic production of The Circus tour for a third time, citing age-related challenges. Despite the physical demands, he deemed the tour, performed with bandmates Howard Donald and Mark Owen, their "best ever."
