Frankie Bridge recently shared a topless mirror selfie on Instagram, revealing the cupping marks on her back and a tattoo. The former member of The Saturdays, 37, opted for the alternative therapy to help ease pain and stiff muscles. The therapy involves using cups with vacuum suction.

In the image, Bridge is seen sitting on the edge of a bathtub, with her back towards the camera, displaying a tattoo and the circular red marks left by the cupping process. She was wearing black underwear and her hair was slicked back, suggesting she had recently taken a bath.

Alongside the revealing selfie, Bridge posted other photos documenting her life, including attending a friend's wedding and getting a new tattoo. Another image showed Bridge in a black crop top, highlighting her toned abs while enjoying sunny weather. She appeared relaxed with her eyes closed, leaning into the light, suggesting she had completed a workout.

This series of posts follows Bridge's recent holiday to the Zel Hotel in Fuerteventura, where she shared pictures of herself in a red bikini top and black bottoms. She captioned the holiday post with "ad: 2 days of sunshine and wellness at @zelhotel. Thank you for a gorgeous stay. Still not 100% sure that we weren’t actually on Mars." She also posted a picture in a black cut-out evening gown during the trip.

Bridge, who is a mother to sons Carter, 10, and Parker, 12, with husband Wayne Bridge, has previously spoken about experiencing anxiety before holidays. She admitted to feeling guilty about leaving her children, often telling herself it was selfish to go away.

She faced criticism from some social media users, referred to as 'mum-shamers,' for vacationing without her children. In response, Bridge defiantly posted a clip of herself in a bikini, stating, "This... and being told I'm a bad mum for going away without my kids." She added, "Because you know people love to have their 'opinions'." Her fans offered strong support in the comments section, commending her for taking a well-deserved break.
