Emma Roberts and Cody John were seen in Los Angeles on Sunday, enjoying ice cream just days after their wedding. The couple tied the knot on July 25 at his family's estate in Sun Valley, Idaho.
Roberts, 35, and John, 36, were dressed casually as they were observed carrying a vacuum cleaner box and a picnic basket filled with clothes hangers. The ceremony, which took place creek-side, was attended by guests including Julia Roberts, Demi Moore, and Sarah Paulson. This event followed four years of dating and a one-year engagement for the couple.
Roberts, a former child star, had her five-year-old son Rhodes Robert Hedlund, with ex Garrett Hedlund, walk her down the aisle. Her estranged father, Eric Roberts, was not present. The elder Roberts, an Oscar nominee, stated on July 27, "I love my daughter, always have, always will. It is perfectly wonderful for her to celebrate however she wants, with whomever she wants."
Roberts is scheduled to begin filming Stephen Cognetti's horror film "A Body In The Woods" next month, where she will portray Alice Lincoln. She is also set to reprise her role as Madison Montgomery in the upcoming 13th season of "American Horror Story," premiering September 24 on FX. The "American Horror Story" ensemble will include Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Angela Bassett, and Kathy Bates, among others.
