Elizabeth Hurley arrived at the National Television Awards on Wednesday alongside boyfriend Billy Ray Cyrus and her son Damian, cutting a striking figure on the red carpet in a silver sheer gown with a plunging neckline and thigh-high split.
Hurley, 60, beamed as she posed with Cyrus, 64, and Damian, 23, outside the O2 Arena in London, where the British public gathered to honour television favourites in the NTAs’ 30th year. Cyrus wore an all-black ensemble featuring a suede jacket and trousers with side button detailing. Damian opted for an attention-grabbing white suit and satin shirt.
The National Television Awards, established in 1995, celebrate popular TV shows and personalities chosen by public vote. This year’s red carpet arrivals were presented by Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks, who returned as hosts for the second consecutive year. Voters were able to cast their choices by post, telephone and online, continuing the ceremony’s long-standing tradition of letting viewers determine the winners.
Hurley has kept a high profile this year: her Channel 4 reality series The Inheritance debuted last month, and she publicly confirmed her relationship with Cyrus earlier in 2025. The pair’s unlikely romance drew attention when it became public, and Hurley has said Cyrus has been teaching her to play guitar — a skill she described as currently beyond her abilities. "I've been in England all summer for the first time ever and have loved every moment. Billy is teaching me to play the guitar; right now I'm appalling but I'm hoping to improve," she told Hello! magazine.
The actress also reflected on marking her 60th birthday in June, saying she spent the day at home with friends and family while Damian baked a cake. Hurley described the celebration as a welcome pause after a busy period and said it reinforced her decision to be more selective about work commitments so she can spend time with loved ones. "This year has been such a whirlwind that it was wonderful to sit back and be spoiled for a few days," she said, adding that she now makes a conscious effort to balance professional projects with time at home.
NTAs organisers billed the evening as a celebration of "the nation's most loved stars and shows," and the event again drew a range of British television talent to the O2 Arena. Winners will be announced during the televised ceremony, reflecting the choices of viewers who continue to shape the awards nearly three decades after their inception.
