Tori Spelling’s monthly income was disclosed in a court filing related to her ongoing divorce from estranged husband Dean McDermott, with McDermott reporting a wide range of earnings for the actress and television personality.

In an income and expense report filed Sept. 5 in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by Page Six, McDermott stated that Spelling’s monthly income varies between $3,000 and $75,000 “depending on the job.” The filing, submitted as part of the couple’s divorce proceedings, also lists McDermott’s own monthly income at $3,800 and details a number of outstanding debts and expenses.

McDermott wrote in the report that his financial situation has changed significantly over the past year “due to the SAG/AFTRA strikes and change in the industry,” adding, “My acting and producing work has decreased drastically.” The report lists average monthly expenses of $3,980, which exceed his reported monthly income.

The documents say McDermott owes a past-due loan of $200,000 to City National Bank and carries past-due credit card balances of $2,500 with Capital One and $12,000 with Care Credit. The filing also lists a $1,200 balance for dental work. McDermott noted that his girlfriend, Lily Calo, makes $600 per month.

Spelling, 52, and McDermott, 58, announced their separation in June 2023 after 17 years of marriage; Spelling filed for divorce nine months later. The pair share five children: son Liam, 18; daughter Stella, 17; twin children Hattie and Finn, 13; and son Beau, 8. McDermott is also the father of Jack, 26, from a previous relationship with Mary Jo Eustace.

Both principals have moved on romantically since the separation. McDermott went public with girlfriend Lily Calo, 34, on Instagram in May 2024. Spelling has been linked to Neuron Syndicate CEO Ryan Cramer; media reports in April said the relationship has made Spelling feel supported.

On her MisSPELLING podcast in April, Spelling described a tipping point in the marriage when her daughter Hattie asked, “Have you ever considered what it would be like to be with someone else and not dad and get treated right?” Spelling said the situation had become “worse for the kids to see us together” and that the couple “could no longer hide what was happening, the fights.”

The income and expense report filed Sept. 5 adds financial detail to the public record in the couple’s divorce, showing a disparity between the parties’ reported monthly incomes and outlining debts McDermott says he faces. The filing is part of ongoing court proceedings in Los Angeles Superior Court; no final financial orders have been reported.
