Coleen Nolan, 61, has shared that her physical well-being has improved since beginning a relationship with her boyfriend, Ryan Brockbank, 41. Nolan joked in an interview with Closer Magazine that her hips are "probably better now I've met Ryan." The television presenter also spoke candidly about the embarrassment of rejection during her appearance on the dating show "Celebs Go Dating."

Nolan, who has been dating Brockbank, a fashion lecturer, for several months, described her time on "Celebs Go Dating" as a "disaster" and "mortifying." She recalled the experience of contestants not selecting her, stating, "My ego was on the floor. It was mortifying when people did not put their hands up [if they wanted you]. It was a bit humiliating but you've got to take it."

Despite the setbacks on the show, Nolan has embraced her new relationship with Brockbank, who is 20 years her junior. A source told The Sun that Nolan is "pretty smitten" and that the couple, who have reportedly taken a romantic getaway, have "lots in common." Brockbank is also a father. Nolan was seen supporting her sisters alongside Brockbank recently at their show, "An Afternoon With The Nolans."

Nolan's past marriages include actor Shane Richie from 1990 to 1999 and Ray Fensome from 2007 to 2018. She also discussed the practical challenges of dating during "Celebs Go Dating," noting the distance between her home in Staffordshire and the predominantly Essex-based dates she was offered.

Opening up about the rejection she faced she confessed: 'My ego was on the floor' (pictured on Celebs Go Dating earlier this year)

In addition to her romantic life, Nolan has also focused on her health, recently losing 3.5 stone and moving from a size 20 to a size 14. She has credited weight loss with improving her energy levels and reducing back pain, stating in April that she felt "so much better health-wise."
