The photos show Christopher standing on a boat in blue-striped swim trunks and a subtle goatee, playfully pointing toward the water. Other snapshots in the carousel included him with a friend in a bikini top and skirt and their mother, Maria Shriver, enjoying a dip. Katherine, 35, also shared a tender moment with her husband, actor Chris Pratt, 46, who was pictured sitting beside her with his eyes closed. Katherine captioned the post "Lake Days" followed by a blue heart emoji.
Katherine previously highlighted her brother's transformation in August with a separate carousel of images that showed Christopher looking slimmer and wearing a fitted button-down shirt. The family has publicly discussed his health and weight-loss journey on several occasions this year.
In June, Arnold Schwarzenegger, 78, told The Times that the family avoided confronting Christopher directly about his weight when he was younger, instead focusing on introducing healthier foods and encouraging gym habits. Arnold said that the change ultimately came from Christopher himself. "And then, out of nowhere, he decided that he wanted to be lean," Arnold said. "And now he is. So that is, of course, fantastic, the self-discipline and the self-motivation. I always felt one day it will have to come from him — and it did."
Christopher has spoken cautiously about framing his progress as a finished transformation.
