Cat Deeley recently offered a glimpse into her summer holiday and personal life through an Instagram post, sharing moments with her two sons, Milo, nine, and James, seven.
In the post shared on Monday, the television presenter, 49, included a sweet clip of her sons engaged in a private tennis lesson. She also shared an image of herself enjoying an iced coffee while appearing to take a phone call, dressed in a black shirt, brown trousers, and sunglasses, as she navigated London's heatwave. Deeley captioned the collection of images and videos with the phrase, 'Find the fun in the little things'.
This update follows reports from May that Deeley is open to dating again nearly a year after announcing her split from husband Patrick Kielty. The couple confirmed their divorce in July 2025, stating their intention to remain united as parents after their 12-year marriage. Speculation about their separation had surfaced earlier when Deeley was not present at Kielty's mother's funeral in Ireland in March 2025.
Sources indicated at the time that Deeley was feeling ready to re-enter the dating scene, focusing on enjoying life with loved ones. While reportedly not keen on dating apps, she was not entirely closed off to possibilities, expressing a desire for "a bit of flirting, a bit of fun, without any pressure."
Deeley was also recently seen in a public display with Charlie Coleman, an executive at Amazon MGM Studios, at BST Hyde Park in London. They were photographed together at a Lewis Capaldi concert, where Coleman placed a hand on Deeley's shoulder affectionately as they appeared to be laughing.
Deeley and Kielty first met in 2002 when they hosted the BBC talent show Fame Academy, but their romantic relationship did not begin until a decade later.
